- Pupils have the opportunity to attend online conferences where they get the chance to hear form a variety of allied health care professionals about their roles and responsibilities with the opportunity to learn about those career paths and ask the experts questions
- Pupils also have the opportunity to attend trips at local health care settings including the Allied Health Professionals event at Wythenshawe Hospital and the Manchester Foundation Trust open day at Manchester Royal Infirmary where you can interact with various professionals to learn all about the varied careers available – some of which you have probably never heard of!
- Students also visit Francis House Children’s Hospice which is the Health and Social Care department’s chosen charity. Students have fund raised for the Hospice to raise valuable funds enabling them to continue the amazing work they do supporting children and their families living with life limiting conditions
